Join a practical workshop where you get to experience and learn how to lift heavy, sprint and jump, or sign up for a talk to learn the basics. If you have your own group or club whom would benefit from this type of education you can host your own event and Karen will come to you.
Adam is the co-owner of CrossFit Buxton, strength coach and top athlete. As Karen's strength coach he has become very familiar and experienced with working with perimenopausal women! Between us we bring tried and tested approaches based on scientific studies and what really works in practice for women over 40.
